• A non-refundable security deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking to secure the date.
• The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event date. If the full payment is not received by this deadline, the booking will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
• Cancellations 30+ days before the event: Full refund of the amount paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations 15-29 days before the event: 50% refund of the total rental fee (minus the deposit).
• Cancellations less than 14 days before the event: No refund.
• Rescheduling: One-time reschedule allowed with at least 14 days’ notice. The new event date must be within 60 days of the original date.
• Overtime: If the rental time exceeds the agreed-upon period, an additional fee of $30 per 15 minutes will apply.
• Cleaning Fees: The renter is responsible for cleaning the space and returning it to its original condition. Any required excessive cleaning will result in additional charges.
• Damage Fees: The renter assumes full responsibility for any damages to the studio or its equipment. Charges for damages will be deducted from the card on file.
• If the renter does not show up for their scheduled rental, the full payment is forfeited.
• The studio may only be used for the agreed-upon event. Any other use requires prior written consent.
• The renter is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or insurance for their event.
• Beastin Beauties Fit Studio is not liable for injuries, lost items, or damages occurring during the rental.
By submitting payment, the renter agrees to all terms outlined in this policy.
