If you do not receive a response back from us it's because we have already booked enough vendors from your category. However, if someone cancels or doesn't secure their payment, we will move on to the next vendor. Actively check your emails for approvals as we send them as space becomes available.

8 ft space. Your space can accommodate one standard 6 ft table space or a clothing rack.

Set Up:
You must bring your own canopy, table and chair. Set up begins one hour before the event. Please plan to stay the entire duration of the event. All vendors must be set up and ready by the time event starts.
Applications/Approvals:
Please complete the form and submit for our consideration. Acceptance notifications along with a link to pay will be issued 24 to 48 hours after submission if your application is approved. If you receive a confirmation email from us please respond within 3 days so we know whether or not to hold your space. Please do not pay before your application is approved, your payment will not be refunded!
Vendor Fee:
The vendor fee is $40 for a space.
Shared booths aren’t allowed but we can place you next to each other if you arrive at the same time.
Once payment is received you are confirmed. Incomplete applications or partial fee payments may void your submission. Once submitted, no cancellations or refunds - no exceptions.
Raffle:
*Please note: All vendors are required to donate one item that will be included in giveaways for shoppers. The idea is that we have small items from every vendor and if people like what they received they will buy more from that vendor :)
@bbeventspace reserves the right to terminate vendors at their discretion. You are only allowed to display and sell items listed in your description.
The undersigned does hereby release forever any event coordinators, servants, assigns, and property location, and its employees harmless of any and all liability resulting from damages, lost, stolen items and injuries.
